David Diaz looks over the area where he and his brother used to live in the Sadler Apartments on the waterfront in Biloxi, Mississippi August 29, 2005. The pile of rubble and empty foundations are where once 30 or more apartments and over 100 of the St. Charles Condominiums. Over 30 of his neighbors that stayed during the hurricane were feared lost. Hurricane Katrina completely devistated Biloxi Mississippi and much of the gulf coast of Mississippi and Lousisana.
